Product Summary

The CNW136 is a high voltage and fast switching optocoupler. The CNW136 consists of an AIGaAs LED and a silicon photodetector. A wide body encapsulation is used to provide creepage and clearance dimensions suitable for safety approval by regulatory agencies worldwide.Cirremt transfer ratio (CTR) for the CNW136 is 7% minimum at IF=16mA. The applications of the CNW136 include high voltage insulation, video signal isolation, feedback elemnt in switched mode power supplies, high speed logic ground isolation and power transistors isolation in motor drives.
